Furry Pride? Ftw?

I don't get this furry fandom. It's like... ANNOYING. I mean, I LOVED Bugs Bunny when I was a mere midget - a tot.
Now I see all of these raging furries with their tickle fetishes, running around with their "Furry Pride".

Proud to be furry? e.e;; LOL. It's just stupid to me. There little to no necessary "pride" in anything. "Gay pride" "Atheist Pride" "Christian Pride". JESUS CHRIST, JUST LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE. You're gay? Fine. You're atheist? Okay. You're Christian, here's a cookie! QUIT RAGING ABOUT IT.

I heard this one chick somewhere around dA with a "Furry Pride" stamp saying people who hate furries are racist.

LOL FTW.

RACIST? FURRIES DON'T EXIST. NOT IN THIS DIMENSION, AT LEAST.

No shame in taking pride in something you like. o-o I mean, you take pride in loving Razer, and you flaunt it(at least around me), so that's basically the same thing. Everyone needs something to be proud of, its what defines their character.

I'm not proud of being a Razer fan. o-o I just love him to death. I just don't see any reason to be "proud" of something - it's not gonna change the world for better or worse, so it's not really necessary to carry those emotions unless you're proud of yourself by helping somebody or getting an A in math.
